Clip and File Properly: Always use a sharp nail clipper and a fine-grit file to maintain shape. Avoid sawing motions; file in one direction to prevent splitting.
Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Wear gloves when cleaning or using harsh products to protect your nails from chemicals and excess water exposure.
